What Is LTMS Portal? Land Transportation Management System

Land Transportation Management System

What Is LTMS Portal? Land Transportation Management System. Land Transportation Management System (LTMS) is the new single-point-of-access online shop created and managed by the Philippine Land Transportation Office (LTO). This project was launched in 2020 with the objective of integrating all LTO services on a single contactless database and digital platform. The LTO was able to continue delivering its services nationwide with the help of the LTMS Portal, while offering direct access to the LTTO 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The LTMS Portal has become an increasingly important part of the LTO’s day-to-day transactions almost two (2) years after it was launched as the agency completely migrates important services to the portal. With the development of the LTMS Portal, the LTO services have also become much more convenient since they have enabled users to register for and conduct transactions from anywhere, simply by using a desktop or laptop computer. Moreover, it made transactions accessible on smartphones and tablets without the need for features to be sacrificed even when viewed on smaller screens.

What is the LTMS Portal?

The Philippine Land Transportation Office (LTO) has created an online, 24/7 database called the Land Transport Management System (LTMS). Specifically, it was designed to improve the service delivery for all motoring regulatory services and processes, especially when it comes to land transportation, by bringing the LTO’s services closer to the general public.

The LTO provides convenient online transaction processing through the LTMS portal, making it easier for customers and employees to complete online transactions.
